Your Information:

The only information we keep about you is the information given to us during the registration process and information from your modem during an on-line session through log files. We do not use any third party advertising. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others except if:

  2. We have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law
  3. We are cooperating with law enforcement agencies
  4. We are complying with legal process served upon us.
In order to sign up for our service, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address) and provide billing information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is solely used to create users a dial-up account. Your e-mail address is used only for account management purposes and to communicate with you (please see “Communications with you” hereunder)

How You Can Correct Inaccuracies in the Information

If you no longer desire our Services, we provide a way to delete/deactivate your information.
