Dial-up configurations instructions for

Step 1

Open My Computer.

Step 2

Go to the Control Panel and open Dial-Up Networking.

Step 3

Now open Make New Connection.

Step 4

Type in a unique name as the connection name, select your modem, and choose Next.

Step 5

Type in the local access phone number, click Next, and Finish.

Step 6

To verify your new connection settings, right mouse click on the new icon and select Properties.

Step 7

Make sure the Use country and area code box is unchecked.

Step 8

Select the Server Types tab and duplicate settings as shown.

Step 9

Click on TCP/IP Settings and mirror settings below, and click OK.
